Features

Colour: Deep mauve red, with an articulated and rich bouquet..
Bouquet: hints of plum and blackberry jam are combined, on the finish, with notes of vanilla, licorice and leather.
Palate: balanced and persistent in the mouth. Long finish.

Pairings

Extremely versatile: pasta with game, grilled meats, aged cheeses.

Serve at: 18-20°C. (64-68°F.)
