Oil
Olio del Molise
This oil, of 100% Italian origin, more precisely from the Molise Region, comes from plants grown halfway up the hill, about 350 meters above sea level.
The cultivars are: predominantly Gentile di Larino, Leccino and Peranzana.
The olives are harvested during the day and taken to the oil mill the same evening, where they are cold pressed to safeguard freshness and quality.
The oil is packaged in cans in its raw state, out of light, natural, unfiltered.
The scent is fragrant, herbaceous and inviting, the flavor is pleasantly bitter and spicy, factors indicative of GREAT Quality.
It is recommended to use it raw, on cooked vegetables, salads and other fresh vegetables, vegetable soups, fresh cheeses and mozzarella, where the oil can enhance the flavor of the dishes, where it is used.
Enjoy!
